We are thrilled to offer aftercare services to all JK-8th grade Westminster students starting the fall of 2018! Our caring staff will provide oversight as students eat a snack, relax in unstructured play with peers, complete homework, engage in structured activities, and have the opportunity to participate in enrichment activities.

For inquiries, please contact the Aftercare Director at

When is Aftercare?

Aftercare runs from 3:10 p.m.-6:00 p.m in the CLC school days days from August 14, 2018-May 17, 2019. Aftercare is not available on school holidays (including when the whole school releases for half-days).

How do I enroll my student?

All JK-8th grade Westminster Academy students are already enrolled in our program! All you need to do is let us know that you’re planning to come.
When you let us know that your child is attending, we are better prepared to serve you and your family.

How do I pay for Aftercare?

There are two options to pay for Aftercare:

  1. Full-time, full-year:
$2,500. This reflects a 20% discount. This may be paid in full at the beginning of the year or payments may be spread out monthly.
  2. Pay as you go:
$6.00/hour. Your FACTS account will be billed weekly.

Students who are picked up after 6:00 p.m. will be assessed a late fee. Late pick-up fees apply to all Aftercare and Enrichment participants: $2.00 per minute, per student.

Learning happens beyond the classroom! Join us in a variety of enrichments this year that will expand your athletic, artistic, musical, and reasoning abilities. Students who enroll in an enrichment that begins after 3:10 p.m. will receive complimentary aftercare until the beginning of the enrichment. Students who remain after any enrichment or sport will enter aftercare and be billed at the hourly rate of $6.00.

Students will work in small teams with LEGO Mindstorms to build and program robots. In the spring, students will have the opportunity to compete in a local competition sponsored by Medtronic. STEM Club is limited to 12 students, so sign up quickly!

All Aftercare employees are CPR/First Aid certified. They confess Christ as Lord and are partners with parents in training students to “love that which is worth loving.”

To apply, send your application to or drop it off in the school’s front office. Westminster Academy alumni, juniors, and seniors are encouraged to apply!
