Aftercare

Aftercare provides students an opportunity to eat a provided snack, play outdoors, complete homework, and engage friends in a relaxed and caring environment. Aftercare runs from 3:15 - 6:00 p.m. in the gym on school days. Aftercare is not available on school holidays (including when the whole school releases for half-days).

How do I pay for Aftercare?

There are two options to pay for Aftercare:

Full-time: A semester of full-time aftercare is $1,100. This reflects a 20% discount. This may be paid in full at the beginning of the semester or payments may be spread out monthly.

Pay as you go: $7.00/hour. Your FACTS account will be billed on the 25th of the month, due the 7th of the following.

Students who are picked up after closing will be assessed a late fee of $1.00 per minute, per student.

***Parents/guardians are required to sign for dismissal from aftercare at the front desk in the CLC.

How do I enroll my student?

All JK-8th grade Westminster Academy students are already enrolled in our program! All you need to do is let us know that you’re planning to come and which payment method you prefer by clicking (Enroll Here) on the right side. When you let us know that your child is attending, we are better prepared to serve you and your family. For questions and concerns, email aftercare@wamemphis.com.

Enrichments

Learning happens beyond the classroom! Join us in a variety of enrichments that will expand your athletic, artistic, musical, and reasoning abilities. Students who enroll in an enrichment that begins after 3:15 p.m. will receive complimentary aftercare until the beginning of the enrichment. Students who remain after any enrichment or sport will enter aftercare and be billed at the hourly rate of $7.00. All enrichments pick up from the gym lobby.

All enrichments are billed directly to your FACTS account.

FACTS accounts will be billed on the month in which the enrichment begins. Should you wish to withdraw from an enrichment, you must cancel your enrollment before the start date of the class to receive a refund. Dropping a class after the start date will be non-refundable. Classes will not be prorated.

Semester Offerings

Building Blocks Soccer is an outrageously fun soccer program that comes to your school! Our carefully crafted curriculum is designed to captivate the imagination of our soccer players instead of using boring drills. Our coaches encourage challenging individual skills while also being under pressure from given obstacles whether from the coach, other players, or even fun props!  We believe at this age our soccer players thrive when given a task that requires focus and attention like learning new and complex skills! During this stage of growth, your child can acquire the ability to handle pressure, use their creativity acquired through skill learning, and successfully embrace new challenges.
